By accessing and using the services of JMF Dynamic Global - FZCO ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Pay agreed fees on time
• Own or have rights to content provided to us
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them
• We retain rights to our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials
• We may use project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms will be specified in individual agreements. Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding specific results, ranking improvements, or revenue increases. We warrant that services will be performed professionally and competently.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
